Work directly with your personal coach, other coaches, and other students in the caring and supportive environment of the Avatar courseroom. You can expect to spend about 2 days applying the 30 ReSurfacing exercises with personal guidance.

Moving on to Section 2, most spend about 4-5 days on little expeditions into the backyard of their consciousness. You practice specific abilities and tools to successfully manage what you are already experiencing in life. Here you can get your affairs in order before the big adventure begins:
